TradeAI News is an information tool. It is not advice, it does not tell you what to trade or which side to take, and it cannot tell you whether a price will go up or down.

Everything below explains that sentence.

TradeAI News LLC is not a registered investment adviser, not a broker-dealer, not a futures commission merchant, and not a bank or financial institution, in the United States or anywhere else.

We do not:

• give personalized investment advice, or advice of any kind about your circumstances;
• recommend buying, selling, or holding any security, option, or other instrument;
• manage money, hold assets, or have any discretion over any account of yours;
• execute, route, or transmit orders;
• receive payment from any issuer, broker, or third party to feature anything.

Nothing on the Service is a recommendation, a solicitation, or an offer. No fiduciary, advisory, or agency relationship is created by your use of it. We do not know your financial situation, your objectives, your tax position, or your tolerance for loss — and nothing we show you is adapted to them.

If you want advice about your own situation, speak to a licensed professional in your country.

This is the most misunderstood part of the product, so we will be exact.

Our models are built to detect the significance and the likely magnitude of a market event. They are not built to predict direction, and they do not.

When the Service flags an event, it is saying, in effect:

Something is happening here that historically precedes larger-than-usual price movement.

It is not saying:

This will go up.

— or down. We do not make that claim, in either direction, at any score, under any plan.

A high score means the model considers a move more likely to be large. A large move can go against you exactly as easily as it can go with you. If you read a high score as a reason to take a position in one direction, you are adding a directional judgement that the score does not contain — and that judgement is yours, with all of its risk.

The scores are model output, not fact. They are computed automatically from imperfect data by software that can be wrong, and they will be wrong sometimes without any warning that a particular instance is one of those times.

Some parts of the Service — including our email digests — show how a price moved after an event was detected.

These figures are observations of price, not results of a strategy, and they are not a track record. Specifically:

• They assume no entry price, no exit price and no holding period. Nobody entered at detection and exited at the point shown.
• They include no commissions, no spread, no slippage, no borrowing cost and no tax.
• They are selected examples, not a complete or representative sample. A top result is by definition the best one that day, and the days it was a loss are not what gets shown.
• They may be affected by data errors, by corporate actions such as splits and reverse splits, and by illiquid prices that nobody could actually have traded.
• Past movement does not indicate future movement. It never has.

No figure anywhere in the Service should be read as a return you could have earned, or as a projection of anything.

Trading and investing involve substantial risk of loss, and are not suitable for everyone. You can lose some or all of the money you put in.

• Options carry additional risk. They can expire worthless, they lose value with time, and some strategies can lose more than the amount invested. Before trading options in the US, read the OCC's Characteristics and Risks of Standardized Options, available from your broker.
• Leverage and margin magnify losses as much as gains, and can produce losses greater than your deposit.
• Short-term and intraday trading carries a high risk of loss and, for most people who attempt it, produces losses.
• Volatile markets can gap, halt, or move before any information reaches you. Liquidity can disappear precisely when you need it.

Only risk money you can afford to lose entirely.

The Service is built on data from third parties — exchanges, market data vendors, news providers and regulatory filings. That data is not ours, and we do not control its accuracy.

• Market data may be delayed. Where a feed is delayed, what you see is not the current market. Assume delay unless a surface explicitly says otherwise.
• Data can be wrong, missing, or late. Feeds fail, vendors change their terms, and a source can go offline for an extended period without the rest of the product stopping. When an input is unavailable, the output computed from it may be incomplete or degraded.
• We compute derived values from licensed data. A derived value inherits every error in what it was derived from.
• Third-party content — headlines, filings, analyst actions — is reproduced or summarized as we received it. We do not verify it and we do not endorse it.
• Automated summarization can be wrong. Where we use language models to summarize or describe an event, the summary can misstate the source. The source is authoritative; our summary is not.
• Coverage is partial. The Service does not cover every instrument, every market, or every event, and the absence of a flag is not a statement that nothing is happening.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be available, on time, or uninterrupted. Alerts may be delayed or may not arrive. Email and Telegram delivery depend on providers we do not control.

Do not build anything that depends on an alert arriving. If a decision of yours requires timely information, verify it at the source.

Parts of the Service use machine learning and automated analysis. Two things follow from that, and both matter:

1. Models are fitted to the past. A relationship that held historically can stop holding, without notice and without any visible signal that it has stopped.
2. Automated systems produce false positives and false negatives. Ours do too. We monitor them, and we still expect them.

We change, retrain and retire models as we learn. We do not promise that any output, score, or feature will keep behaving as it does today, and we may remove a feature entirely — see the Terms of Service for what happens to your subscription if we do.

We make no promise, express or implied, about results. We do not guarantee profits, we do not guarantee accuracy, we do not guarantee that any particular event will be detected, and we do not guarantee that a detected event will be followed by any particular outcome.

Any decision you take after reading anything on the Service is your decision, taken at your own risk, and you are solely responsible for it and for its consequences, including any loss.

The Service is operated from the United States. It is not directed at any person in any jurisdiction where making it available would be unlawful or would require us to be registered or licensed.

You are responsible for knowing whether you may lawfully use it where you are, and for your own tax and reporting obligations.

The founder trades personally, and may hold positions in instruments the Service covers. We do not act ahead of our own output, and no output is influenced by any position we hold.

We are paid by our subscribers, and by no one else. We receive no payment from any issuer, broker, exchange, or third party for including, ranking, or featuring anything.
